A copy of the Terms & Conditions for your Protectease protection will be emailed to you upon purchase via web or phone purchase or mailed to you for purchases made via mail. A sample of the Terms & Conditions is available here.

There are no deductibles to worry about with Protectease and we offer a replacement policy that will replace your covered appliance(s)/electronic(s) with a like model if the authorized repair cannot be completed. All you have to do is contact the service department for authorization and obtain the repair authorization number prior to having any repairs made to your covered product.

When your product requires service, simply contact us through our customer support portal or call our helpline. Our team will guide you through the process, and we’ll schedule a certified technician to assess and repair your product at your convenience. Depending on the coverage of your plan, repairs, replacements, or maintenance will be handled promptly and efficiently.

If a certified technician determines that the covered product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a similar model. For products that can be repaired, we offer onsite, carry-in, and depot service options. If we can't repair it, we will replace it! Simply contact our customer support to initiate the process, and we'll take care of the rest.
